Itinerary

DAY 1 Victoria Falls Airport

You arrive in Victoria Falls Airport, Zimbabwe. Our representatives will meet you on arrival and take you to the Falls for a guided tour. After the tour you will cross the border into Livingstone, Zambia and will be transferred to the Hotel.

Day 2 Activities

After breakfast you will be picked up by a driver and he is at your disposal and will take you to do the various activities available in Livingstone at an additional cost as per your interest. Some of these activities are Whitewater Rafting, Canoeing on the upper Zambezi, Gwembe Reptile Park and Safaris to interact with crocodiles and snakes at close range, Bungi Jumping off the 111 meter high Victoria Falls bridge, Microlighting or Helicopter flips over the Falls, walking with the lions tour or a game safari that ends with getting close to endangered and protected Rhinos.

Day 3 LEISURE

You have the morning at leisure .Check out and in the afternoon you will be picked up at 2pm and transferred to the Kazungula border, a common border for Zambia and Botswana. After clearing the immigration formalities, you will cross into Botswana and proceed to Travel Lodge.
Chobe National Park is Botswana's first national park, and also the most biologically diverse. Located in the north of the country, the park is widely known for its large elephant population, estimated to be around 50,000. Elephants living here are Kalahari elephants, the largest in herd size of all known elephant populations. Lions, antelopes and hippos inhabit the woods and lagoons around the river.

Day 4 GAME DRIVE

Go for a morning game drive. Quench your thirst for adventure on a 3-hour safari game drive rich with African wildlife. Have the opportunity for unique wildlife encounters in Chobe National Park, home to a variety of big game species including elephants, lions, buffaloes, and more. In the evening enjoy a sunset cruise and watch in fascination as the elephant herds make their way across the river. Experience a 3-hour guided sunset cruise on the Chobe River and take advantage of the best chance of seeing wildlife.

Day 5 Sunset Cruise

Go for a morning game drive. In the evening enjoy a game drive or a sunset cruise.

Day 6 Garden Court, Sandton

Today you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Johannesburg. Upon arrival our representative will take you to Garden Court, Sandton.

Day 7 Johannesburg Tour

This morning you will do a Johannesburg Tour that takes you to iconic heritage sites in Johannesburg CBD and Soweto, showcasing South Africa’s turbulent history and promising future. It’s an opportunity to learn more about events that shaped the country’s past and discover the dynamic cultural diversity. Highlights of the Johannesburg tour includes Constitutional Hill, the Apartheid Museum and the vibrant Newtown Junction. In Soweto, you journey past striking landmarks and historic sites, visit an informal settlement and the Hector Pieterson Museum and end in the vibrant Vilakazi Street which was home to the great Nelson Mandela.

Day 8 Lesedi Cultural Village Tour

Today you check out of your hotel and do the Lesedi Cultural Village tour which is located in the world-famous Cradle of Humankind, north of Johannesburg (about 35 to 45- minute drive from the city). On arrival, you’re taken on a guided tour of 5 different traditional villages.

 

This includes villages that depict the way of life of the Xhosa, Zulu, Pedi, Basotho and Ndebele communities. You’re treated to an energetic ‘song and dance show’ and listen to animated tales told by the people of Lesedi Cultural Village. You’re encouraged to join in the dancing. After the show, enjoy a delicious meal at Nyama Choma restaurant and sample authentic African cuisine and beverages.

 

There is an extensive choice of African dishes on the menu, including crocodile and ostrich. Nyama Choma restaurant is divided into three themed areas: North Africa, East Africa and South Africa. At the end of a wonderful time at Lesedi Cultural Village, your guide drives you back to the city. On your return you will be dropped to the airport for your flight back home.
